DESCRIPTION:Volunteer Day\nVolunteers needed! Safer McLendon is seeking volunteers to help paint a colorful new pedestrian buffer zone at the intersection of Candler Park Drive and McLendon as part of our Community Impact Grant. We will have volunteer slots available on Saturday\, November 17th from 8:30 to 11:30 am. You can sign up to volunteer for a specific time slot or for the entire event–No experience necessary. We welcome families and encourage you to bring your children to help out. \nGeneral Volunteer: Has some experience painting and following directions. Will be helping apply lots of thin coats of the Street Bond Epoxy product to the road with rollers in taped off areas. \nSign up!

Will help install delineator posts\, measure out and lay out lane striping tape\, and help get the StreetBond street paint pattern taped out\, mixed and applied ( lots of very thin coats as its more of an epoxy). There also will be some opportunity to help direct our general volunteers with some of the paining each day. \nSign up!
